Front Desk Agent
The ideal candidate must be extremely professional and polished, possessing excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to work as a part of a team in a fast paced environment. Perform all aspects of guest services at the front desk, including but not limited to check-ins, check-outs, cashiering, taking reservations, processing all guest calls, directing other calls to the appropriate departments and answering guest questions regarding property and local areas of interest.
Requires a flexible availability to be scheduled any shifts, including weekends and holidays. Stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing no more than 10 pounds without assistance.
The ideal candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, professional, possessing excellent customer service, strong computer and communication skills. Must be knowledgeable and resourceful first point of contact for future guests. Agents play a key role in developing guest loyalty and therefore maximizing revenue. Accurately process reservation information using the hotel’s lodging systems, including requests for special accommodations and amenities.
Ensure incoming inquiries for hotel accommodations, hotel services and local attractions are answered in a prompt and professional manner. Learns and uses the hotel’s sales techniques. Previous experience is preferred. Position is for PM Shift, flexibility to work any shift, including weekends and holidays is also necessary. Sit for extended period of time, push, pull, lift up to 10 lbs. without assistance.
PM Line Cook
Responsible for line cooking, grilling, sautéing, steaming, roasting, and prep work. Must have 2 or more years of previous cooking experience. Prepares all foods in accordance to standard recipes. Complies with quality assurance expectations to maintain health and sanitation standards with routine daily cleaning. Checks and controls organizations of walk-ins, proper storage of product and portion control including food rotation. Must be able to stand and walk entire shift, lift (some lifting over 25 lbs. required), carry, push and pull. Working environment: heat, humidity, and cleaning agents must be tolerated. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Experienced individuals to thoroughly clean and service hotel guest rooms in a timely and organized manner according to procedures and standards to ensure guest satisfaction, hotel sanitation and hotel appearance. Maintains linen cart and supplies neat and organized to standards. Follows procedures for cleaning and uses proper chemicals safely and effectively.
Reports needed repair or unsafe conditions to supervisor. Walk and stand for extended periods of time, kneel, stoop, bend and reach. Lift no more than 10 lbs. without assistance, push and pull up to 75 lbs. Ability to clean up to 18 rooms. Working environment: use of cleaning agents must be tolerated. Weekend and holiday availability required.
Provide superior service to restaurant patrons through entire visit. Anticipates and reacts to guests’ needs and expectations, able to work in a fast paced, fine dining environment. Knowledge of menu items and wine list.Excellent communication and presentation skills. Previous upscale dining serving experience preferred. Stand and walk the entire shift, reach, pull, push, and lift up to 25 lbs. Must be available to work early AM, weekends and holidays. TABC certified.
